What House of Triathlon is about

House of Triathlon offers structured triathlon training camps in Hoi An, Vietnam, built for beginners and long distance athletes who want guidance, consistency and simple daily rhythm.

We run 4-night and 7-night camps focused on specific goals such as:
- First time triathlon
- Ironman 70.3 preparation
- First full Ironman preparation
- Women focused camps
- Intermediate performance like sub 6h target on Ironman 70.3.

Camps are organized in small groups with daily swim, bike and run sessions, adapted to each athlete's level.

Training is supported by
- Technique coaching
- Clear intensity guidance
- Recovery sessions including ice baths, compression boots and mobility
- Simple nutrition and fueling principles

All camps are built around reliable local infrastructure:
- Running tracks and safe running routes
- Swimming pools for technique
- Safe openwater swimming spot in the sea
- Bike friendly roads and routes adapted to group riding.

House of Triathlon is not a retrat and not a race week.

It is a pratical training environment designed to help athletes build habits they can continue after the camp.

What your camp includes

Each House of Triathlon camp is built as a complete training package, combining accommodation, training, recovery and logistics in one place.
Accommodation
Multiple accommodation options are available.

An optional add-on is available for non training companion staying in a double room.
Training & Coaching
Daily swim, bike and run sessions.

- Guidance on pacing, effort and technique.
- Workshop on race preparation, nutrition, hydratation, training methods and endurance science from experienced coaches.
- Small group format adapted to different levels.
- Certified coaches from ESCI, Ironman University and Training Peaks
Nutrition & Fueling
Fueling is organized to support training sessions.

- Daily meals provided and adapted to training load
- Hydration available during all training sessions
- Gels and bars provided for swim, bike and run sessions
- Electrolytes available throughout the day
Recovery Corner
Recovery is integrated into the daily schedule and available throughout the week.

- Ice baths available after key training sessions
- Compression boots for lower body recovery
- Massage guns available for muscle release
- Yoga mats and resistance bands for mobility work
- Foam rollers available in the recovery corner
Bike Logistics
Secure bike storage on site.

- Bike friendly setup for daily sessions
- Bike tools available (pumps...)
- Group riding adapted routes
- Optional bike transport from Ho Chi Minh City
- Bike rental options on request
