Camp Guide
What is a House of Triathlon camp?
One week, one training focus, a small group, and coaching from Vietnam's fastest Ironman. Here's how a camp is actually structured.
The Format
Theme-based, small-group, coach-led.
Every camp is built around a single physiological objective, heat, climbing, or open water, rather than trying to be everything at once. That's what makes a one-week trip a real training block, not just a change of scenery.
Small group
8–12 athletes per camp, intermediate to advanced. Coached in person, not a mass-market tour.
Science & Experience Coaching
Physiology-led programming from an IRONMAN U-certified coach, paired with race-proven experience from Vietnam's fastest Ironman.
Villa accommodation
Shared room in a villa with full board included, chosen for proximity to the training routes and water access. A private room is available on request.
Local logistics handled
Local transfers and a support vehicle on rides are included. Bike transfer from Saigon is available as a paid add-on, and you bring your own bike (rental available as an extra).
Duration
Most camps run one week: 7 nights, 6 full training days. The flagship Da Nang heat camp (July to August) is modular, book one week or stay for two.

Example schedule (illustrative)
A typical training day
This is an illustrative day structure to show the rhythm of a camp. It is not the confirmed schedule for any specific camp. See each camp's page for its actual day-type breakdown.
Early morning
Swim or open-water session
Pool technique or open-water swim, depending on the camp's location and theme.
Mid-morning to midday
Main bike or run session
The day's key structured session: a long ride, a climbing block, or a brick, depending on the camp's focus.
Afternoon
Recovery, technique, or easy volume
Easy running, mobility work, or free time, so the main session can be trained at real intensity.
Evening
Debrief and data review
A short group session on the day's data, nutrition, or race-execution topics with the coaches.
