House of Triathlon (“we”, “us”) operates this website. The controller of your personal data for the purposes of GDPR is:

2. What data we collect
We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run a waitlist. Today, the site collects:
- Waitlist / “Notify me” forms: the email address you submit, the camp and/or destination you expressed interest in (if any), the page you signed up from, and a consent timestamp.
- Analytics / tracking: if you accept cookies via the banner, standard web analytics events (pages viewed, approximate location from IP, device/browser type) collected through Google Tag Manager and forwarded to Google Analytics. No tracking script runs before you give consent.
We do not collect payment information: there is no booking or payment flow on this site at this stage.
3. How we use it and our legal basis
- Waitlist email: to notify you when registration opens for a camp you're interested in, and for occasional related updates. Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the form.
- Analytics: to understand how visitors use the site and improve it. Legal basis: your consent, given through the cookie banner.
4. Who we share it with
We use a small number of processors to run the site:
- Resend: email delivery and waitlist list management for the addresses submitted through our forms.
- Google (Tag Manager / Analytics): website analytics, only after you accept cookies.
- Vercel: our hosting provider, which processes standard web server logs (IP address, request metadata) to serve the site.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with any other third party for their own marketing purposes.
5. International transfers
Some of our processors (Resend, Google, Vercel) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers make available (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).
6. How long we keep it
Waitlist entries are kept for up to 3 years from the date you sign up, or until the camp you registered interest for has taken place or been cancelled, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@houseoftriathlon.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. Cookies
We use a cookie consent banner to ask for your permission before loading any non-essential cookie (currently, Google Tag Manager / Analytics). You can change your choice at any time by clearing the hot-cookie-consent entry in your browser's local storage and reloading the page. There is no dedicated cookie policy page at this stage; this Privacy Policy covers our use of cookies.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves, in particular once booking/payment is introduced. Last updated: August 26, 2026.
